Delete your Lampmate account

You only have a Lampmate account if you signed in to use squads. Your timer, sessions, stats and companion are stored on your phone and never on our servers.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Lampmate and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. It takes a few seconds and needs an internet connection.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google, Apple or phone number).
• Your nickname and avatar, and your membership of every squad (if you were the last member, the squad is deleted).
• Your session summaries (minutes, day, completed or not) and your minute totals.
• Your cheers, your block list, and reports you filed or that were filed about you.

This happens straight away. It can't be undone; you can sign in again later as a new account.

What stays

• Your study history on your device (sessions, stats, companion) stays on that device. To remove it, uninstall the app.
• Session summaries are removed automatically after 90 days anyway.

Can't use the app?

Write to lampmate.app@topdevs.ai from the email address or phone number you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm who you are and delete the account within 30 days, then reply.
